Heya i have been looking for a 64dd development drive ever since i saw it on assembler. Ive only ever seen it once on ebay.com (im from uk) and it was not boxed and didnt have the disk thingy you put in the top. Ho rare are these to come by and how much is it worth paying for one? i would never use it properly, i just love having weird and rare things. Arethere any good places to buy this sort of thing apart from ebay?

Complete kits doesnt show up all that often, unfortunately.
I think one would fetch 500+$usd though. Most kits sold are
not complete, usually missing the IPL ROM cart etc...
Is that the "disk thingy you put in the top" that you mentioned?

I have a spare 64dd dev unit that I would be willing to sell.
Its just the unit though....+ manual and the bottom part of
the box, so its far from complete. Price is set thereafter...

There was a site selling DD Dev Kits and a lot of other rare (japanese) stuff. If I could just remember the name of the site.. ~_~
